About Hart Fellows
The Hart Fellows Program offers recent Duke graduates ten-month fellowships with organizations in developing countries that are facing complex social and political problems. The field placements of the Hart Fellows are made possible by a generous gift from the Muroff Fellows Fund. Our goals are to help fellows:

- be of service to innovative organizations that are on the front lines;
- develop research and critical reflection skills for exploring how policy design and implementation impact the communities they serve.
