HLP Student Project Puts Face on Durham’s Homeless

Students in Alex Harris' Documentary Engagement class recently completed an ambitious collaboration with clients of Durham non-profit Housing for New Hope.  Housing for New Hope provides outreach and crisis assistance, transitional housing and permanent housing for Durham's homeless population.  The final product of this collaboration--created through the service-learning component of the class--was a multimedia website…
