Casey Williams, a 2014-2015 Hart Fellow, recently penned an op-ed on climate change for the Dhaka Tribune. During his time as a Hart Fellow, Casey worked for the International Centre for Climate Change and Development, a think tank focused on responding to the challenges that climate change poses on the developing world.
