Border Crossing Class: Spots available for signature course

Still tinkering with your schedule and looking to find a great course to take? Are you interested in conducting community-based research or other immersive, service-learning projects in the United States or abroad this summer? Join us this spring for one of our signature leadership courses.

“Border Crossing: Leadership, Value Conflicts and Public Life” (PUBPOL 263), offered in the spring, builds critical thinking skills and trains students in community-based research methods, which students find useful regardless of what they do after taking the course. This year, the leadership course is open to all Duke undergraduates.  Contact us if you would like to join a learning community of students interested in the leadership challenges of mobilizing people to engage in problem-solving work as a group.

Students interested in the Border Crossing class should contact Diego Quezada for a permission number.
