On March 2, 2013, six former Hart Fellows joined current and former Service Opportunities in Leadership (SOL) students for the first installment of Hart Leadership’s 25th Anniversary Alumni Gatherings. The panel discussion focused on discovering purpose and building careers of service.  The panelists included: Amy Hepburn, International Consultant, Researcher, and Educator on Child Protection, Catherine Wiesner, Deputy Assistant Secretary in the U.S. Department of State, Neil Gupta, Deputy Clinical Director for Partners in Health in Rwanda, Laurie Ball Cooper, Immigration Attorney at Tahirih Justice Center, Brian Wright, Teacher at United World College in Costa Rica, and Jane Chong, Law Student at Yale Law School. The event marks the official kickoff of a series of alumni gatherings in celebration of Hart Leadership’s 25th Anniversary. The purpose of the series is to create deeper connections between our students and alumni and highlight the variety of opportunities that exist after graduation. Listen to these six former Hart Fellows reflect on how their experiences in the Hart Leadership Program have influenced the course of their lives.
