The Hart Leadership Program and the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy present a talk with LTG Daniel Bolger (Ret.) on Tuesday, March 24th at 6:00pm in the Rhodes Conference Room. He will discuss risk, failure, and leadership during the Iraq War and and will be signing copies of his book, Why We Lost: A General’s Inside Account of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. LTG (Ret.) Dan Bogler’s military awards include five Bronze Star medals (one for valor) and the Combat Action Badge. The author of eight books and numerous articles on military and historical matters, he is also a contributing editor and columnist for Army magazine and a columnist for Signal magazine.
