Former Hart Fellow’s Work Published in Environmental Research

Former Hart Fellow David Rosen recently had a study he assisted with during his Fellowship published in the journal Environmental Research

In the 2017-2018 year, Rosen served as a Hart Fellow in Ketura, Israel with the Arava Institute, a leading environmental studies and research program in the Middle East. He sought to help evaluate the water distribution systems in place in the West Bank.

The research project — which Rosen participated in as a fellow — provided evidence that off-grid greywater treatment systems are a potential source of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in the agricultural environment. Read the full article here.
