Duke Today published an article highlighting the incredible work of students in the “Elections in a Pandemic” Bass Connections Class. A team of 24 Duke students are tackling several questions related to voting barriers, access, and rights and testing a range of potential solutions in real time.

The project, co-led by Director of the Hart Leadership Program Dr. Gunther Peck, hopes to help more voters of all political stripes take part in the election. “Each of the teams is piloting something they think will have an impact right now.” says Dr. Peck, “They’re on fire. These students are so much fun to work with.” You can read the full article here.
