Patman Application Process
1
Attend Our Info Session
The best way to learn more about the Patman Fellowship is to attend our annual information session. At the information session, you will learn more about the structure of the program and hear from previous Patman Fellows about their experiences.
The Patman 2025 info session has already taken place.
A video of the 2024 info session can be found below.
If you still have questions, you may book office hours with Lee, the Patman Program Coordinator, using this link.

Once students are accepted, they will receive permission numbers to enroll in the politically-engaged spring gateway course, PubPol 564: Democracy Lab, taught by Professor Suzanne Katzenstein.
They will also commit to attend an Orientation Dinner on November 13th which will be an opportunity to connect with their peers and learn more details about their participation in the program.
