BIOGRAPHY

Marko Vasic is a junior studying Political Science and Economics with a minor in Philosophy. He is interested in the connection between political and economic theory, and what it means for public institutions and civic life. Currently a Silas Palmer Fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institution, Marko has previously held fellowships at both the Kenan Institute for Ethics and the Hudson Institute. He has worked on research at Duke’s Fuqua Business School focused on state legislatures, financial ethics reporting, and legislative outcomes. Last summer, he volunteered at a search and rescue Coast Guard station in North Carolina. On campus, Marko is the president of the Visions of Freedom Living Learning Community, serves an associate editor of Duke oldest literary journal, The Archive, and rows on the Duke Club Rowing team.
