New Additions to the Hart Team: Thalia Halloran and Rahul Gouni

The Hart Leadership is excited to announce the addition of two members to our team. Thalia Halloran is the new Associate in Research, and Rahul Gouni is the new Program Coordinator and Media Specialist.
